Fitness gym is very good . Trainer are also well trained and very good mentor. You must join GyM if you want to lose your weight or make your body fit. Highly recommended.

Honestly I've tried almost every gym in kota Asides from the arrogant staff who sits on the counter he would give u a time for demo and make u feel like u made a mistake coming here. But asides from that I had the best back workout of my life here that back lat pulldown fixed Machine and that chest supported rows it felt like brand new machines and I've never ever felt such a good stretch in my back ever till now this has to have hands down the best machines honestly its not huge but great honestly you'll have banger workouts

A gym is a superb place if it is managed by trainers. Trainers turned into entrepreneurs. You get maximum benefit with them in the floor . Taking care of your day to day exercises. Three trainers have opened this gym and they are really doing amazing work. With expertise in different segments,they take good care of fitness of the customers. You get a very homely feeling and you stay motivated with them around. They keep.you disciplined also. All in all a very good gym for amateur and moderate workout crowd.

I am from Haryana, i was studying in Ukraine, but after the war my mental state was not really great, so i found out this gym. And gladly the gym is great, it really helped me cop up with the situation. The gym is well maintained, has proper equipments, the gym trainers are really supportive. The price of the gym is also very good as compared to other gyms. Really great gym, i would recommend to everyone.

Gym is well equipped. Trainers are good & very friendly. Nice atmosphere.It's well in budget not expensive at all. Great place for workout.I am a student and workout helps me to get rid of all the study related stress! Little workout at the end of the day never hurts...u must join if u r looking forward to a healthy lifestyle !!

Joined it for the first time. Although I'm here for 2 months due to vacation in my college upes. All the trainers are well knowledgeable with related to health and gym equipments. I gained the experience and confidence within 2 days of joining. It was wonderful to join fitness square as it is the environment of gym which makes you to train harder despite your physical fitness and this centre does that. I hope you make guys make the best choice and join fitness square.

Fitness Square is hands down, one of the best gyms in Kota. The trainers are extremely professional in their conduct and decorum. Their consistent support in handling of equipment, form training, and quick resolution of overall queries is remarkable. If you're a beginner like me, this is the gym to be in.
