Horrible experience. Complete mismanagement. Rude Trainers. Never take Personal Training from this place. Had to leave my PT in between without completing the sessions due to issues being faced. Trainers don't understand the meaning of PT here. They will make you workout in combined sessions with regular clients and modify your workout as per other clients rather than having a proper personalized plan as per your needs. If you will point this out to them, they will shamelessly say it will be like this only and will depend on regular clients, subsequently turning hostile in behavior towards you. If you will point this to administration, they will agree to whatever you are saying but will do nothing to resolve it. Knowledge-wise also trainers not good. They don't understand the concept of measuring workout performance and progressive overload. Results not good, even after working out regularly 5-6 days per week..

The Gym is really well equipped with all the necessary machinary, changing room, shower, washrooms, and most importantly Steam Bathroom. The equipments looks really well maintained, and covers different kind of exercises. They provide different kind of joining programs as per the need, and personal trainers are also available. The rooftop is also equipped with fitness equipments like punching bag and relevant other activities. Overall it's an amazing place to join to gain fitness. Prices are different as per your requirement, so I am not putting that here, you should confirm that with the owner.
