Most perfect gym I ever came across. Unlike other gyms, trainer tries to explain every nitty gritty of excercise and fitness. He understand calibre of member and prepare plans as per that. Regular follow up every week. Wide range of equipments which you won't find in modern day gyms. Trainers are motivating. Every once in while, they organize yoga, hiking and football sessions.

It's a Fitness Training Center life it's name, It's Not like any other typical gym near the area they teach you to do every excercise in perfact manner so don't break your muscle. all the trainer are very attentive and they focus on your exercise with their never ending enthusim. Fee Is little Higher Than other Gym but the services they provide are worth the fee.
