Hands down, best choice I've made training at Vincy's gym. This is a fantastic gym. Mr. Lomash is a superb trainer and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at and design the program likewise. I really like how he give tips & tricks to get the most out of every workout. I've been reviewing this after a week of training and am already seeing a change in my energy levels and weight.
