The gym is perfectly fine with all the equipments and cleanliness, but both the trainers are true to their work, motivating and very polite. Abhishek Sharma is someone who isn't just a trainer but also a great friend and is like a brother to everyone in the gym, the best part is it feels like he is a personal trainer to everyone ! Every moment at the gym is worth it !

Excellent gym not only in Jagatpura even all over india. Perfect and genuine guidance by all trainers. Best thing is that they are not forcing for personal training and suppliments. Arguably the best place in the area to get closer to your body goals, be it building an aesthetic physique, or losing that extra fat. The trainers are supportive and the workout environment is also very encouraging. The gym has separate areas for both strength training and cardio and other exercises. Good gym overall

This area has many better commercial and underrated gyms. Please don't waste your time and money here. They dont even have many members and for good reasons. They even bad mouth other gym and trainers. I repeat not criticize but bad mouth. I was conned here for my money and they lack good equipments and facilities.

The most I liked about this gym was the vibes. One of the best gym. Though crowded at times, it has separate warm up room and can do ground workouts if you are running out of specific machines you are looking for. Best gym, Trainner (Specially Abhishek and Darshan) is very supportive, and will trained you with effective. All trainers will give you Full time with you till you are at gym. Abhishek sir also focus on your fitness and care about diet. He also a boxing trainner and also taking a class for boxing and self defence. He also has good knowledge of cardio and give more time in cardio which is best for fitness. Best thing he is very friendly. So I am attending this planet sweatzone gym from past 3-4 months and I feel incredible change. The staff and the trainers here are so good. I highly recommend anyone staying near jagatpura akshyapatra and dmart, Overall 10/10 from me.

Cheap and best gym in Jagatpura area. You will get a lot of guidance and all the guys are gentlemen and helpful. Good space, they have 2 floors.. cardio, yoga, zumba separate floor than machines and weights. Perfect for beginners and the trainers have good knowledge and are very hardworking and helpful.
