Honest Review (After 1 Month of Survival Attempt) I joined this gym for a month but honestly couldn't survive beyond that. Here's why: 1. No Discipline at All Dumbbells are scattered everywhere -- people drop them wherever they feel like. Some even hoard weights for themselves and their friends. Trainers? Busy fixing "forms" of female members lifting 2.5 kg dumbbells . The moment the girls leave, trainers vanish from the floor faster than gadhe ke sir se singh. 2. Unsafe Environment I literally saw a 67 kg chapri trying to deadlift 100 kg and injuring himself. Not kidding. I'm no pro, but even I barbell row 70 kg and still keep my head straight. 3. Poor Management & Ambience The owner's own fitness level is enough to demotivate you before your warm-up. The gym is overcrowded, under-equipped, and has almost no supervision. In short: Third-class management, low-grade crowd, and zero professionalism. Don't waste your money here -- you're better off running 2 km at home, doing 50 pushups and 100 situps. You'll see more results and save your sanity too.

I've been training at this gym for 2 months and really enjoy the atmosphere. The trainers are great and always ready to help. There are different machines available for working out all body parts, and the management keeps them in good condition. The gym is also kept clean, even during busy hours. Sometimes it gets too crowded, especially in the basement, and the seating space could be improved. My trainer, Mr. Nitin Sain, has been a big support. I've learned how to lift weights, do cardio, and stay consistent with my workouts. He even gives me diet plans and adjusts my workouts when I'm not feeling my best. Thanks to him, I'm reaching my fitness goals.

Silver Life Fitness is a really nice gym - it's clean, spacious, and has all the equipment in great working condition. The staff here is also very supportive and friendly, which makes the environment even better. A special mention to my personal trainer, Nitin Sir - he's very motivating, explains everything clearly, and always makes sure I'm doing exercises the right way. Training with him has made my workouts so much more effective and enjoyable.

Silver Life is a really nice gym - it's clean, spacious, and has all the equipment in great working condition. The trainers are well-qualified and helpful. It also has regular Zumba sessions that are really helpful. The Zumba instructor( Lavisha ma'am )is well-experienced and helpful.

I've been training at Silver Life Fitness for a while now, and I must say -- it's one of the best fitness experiences I've had. The gym is clean, well-maintained, and has all the necessary equipment whether you're a beginner or an advanced lifter. But what really sets it apart is Nitin Sir, my personal trainer. His guidance, knowledge, and motivation have made a huge difference in my fitness journey.
