Great Management - HORRIBLE TRAINERS - Overall A NO GO GYM The owner and top management here are truly excellent--warm, professional, and dedicated. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the trainers. Many of them are arrogant, unprofessional, and frankly a liability to this otherwise great gym. They make unnecessary personal comments, indulge in idle chatter, and constantly pester members to buy personal training despite clear refusals. I personally know at least nine people who have discontinued their membership solely because of this toxic trainer culture. Some trainers' behavior borders on harassment. Unless this issue is fixed, the gym risks losing more loyal members despite having a fantastic management team.
