I absolutely love their Zumba class! The instructor is full of energy, and the music is always so fun and motivating. The atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone is so friendly. The choreography is easy to follow, and the music is upbeat. I also had an amazing time at the Holi event they hosted. It was such a vibrant and fun experience! Dancing, celebrating, and getting covered in colors made it even more memorable.
I've also been taking swimming classes here and I can honestly say it's been such a great experience. The classes are well-organized, and I've learned so much already. Coach is absolutely amazing , he's so sweet, patient, and genuinely cares about each student's progress. I've really enjoyed each lesson and always look forward to the next one. The pool and facility are always clean.

I had a very disappointing experience with this institute. They operate a branch in Vaishali Nagar, which was recently sealed by the JDA due to lack of proper authorization. I had enrolled my child for swimming classes, paid the full fee upfront, and unfortunately, he could only attend for three days before the branch was shut down.
Since then, I've been trying to contact them for a refund, but despite repeated calls and follow-ups, there has been no resolution. Many times they don't even answer the phone. It's extremely frustrating and unprofessional. This situation has not only caused financial loss but also wasted my child's entire summer break.
Their behavior has been careless and irresponsible, and I strongly advise others to avoid enrolling here. They seem more focused on collecting fees than actually providing a reliable or accountable service.

8 step's Chitrakoot i joined in April,they took 3months advance of 9500 for swimming ,there center closed for some reason after 4-5 days..they assured me to revive the centre in 15 days or return money back if not start...i have sent many reminders neither they refund nor they reply,kindly don't trust such people...the feedback is not just about amount its for there commitment and no after 5months

Stay away from this chain.The owner still hasn't returned many customers' money after his chitrakoot branch got closed down by JDA(one can only imagine why) a few months back.He has infact explicitly refused to return my chacha's money. If we had strong consumer courts in india, this con man wouldn't be able to get away with it like this.
