The environment is so good and safe , the trainers help you achieve your set goals in the best way possible..proper diet charts ,proper exercise schedule according to your body type and customize your schedule if any health issues are there. They just don't help you achieve temporary goals but help you achieve goals which will help you in the longer run that is where you gain strength , muscle mass , flexibility which over all improves your health and physique. There are days on which you do dance for joy which lightens and freshens up the mood. There is very big open space on the terrace where people can cross fit and different kinds of cardio I love this gym ..best trainers (k 11 certified- Amit chouhan sir), best space and best machines and equipments.
