my Honest review without paid promotions are given below I joined Evolve Gym with high hopes for a professional and supportive environment to improve my fitness. in the starting days it was quite good but Unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing due to the unprofessional and biased behavior of the coaching staff. The most disturbing part of my experience has been the clear favoritism shown by the coaches. It is painfully obvious that female clients receive undivided attention, support, and polite guidance, while male clients are often ignored, and not given the same level of care or correction. coaches don't pay attention to male comparitvely. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the management and overall culture of the gym. A fitness environment should be inclusive encouraging, and fair to all, regardless of gender. Unfortunately, Evolve Gym fails to uphold these basic values. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, not just to improve the experience for future members, but also to promote equality and professionalism in the fitness industry. Until then, I do not recommend this gym to anyone who values respect and fair treatment.

Perfect gym in the area As they guide you properly for each and everything you need to know about exercise The owner( Yogesh Rathi ) personally set the diet plan for each and every client You just have him for This has the largest carpet area in the town so you would not feel suffocated like other gym . Will definitely recommend EVOLVE GYM for the best results you can have

Safe environment and Experience Trainer with excellent skills. Avinash Sir is very Knowledgeable instructor about fitness. He has the ability to motivate to all. His Motivated Guidance providing personalized attention to others makes him an excellent gym instructor. Thank you so much; Evolv Fitness and Mr Avinash Sir you're an incredible trainer.

With covid and 10 months of staying home and wasting my gym membership I was little skeptical to join the gym but I was pleaseantly surprised. They don't charge you hefty sum at once... very reasonable .... the equipment is sanitized(new normal ) and of good standard.... the trainers are helpful tell you what you are doing wrong and even why is that wrong which helps you maintain a progressive growth and mind to muscle connection.... I would say before joining any gym do visit this one ... not crowded and really amazing environment ...

Nice gym with ample space. Supporting staff. There is always some one on the floor to assist you in your workout. Gym with qualified trainers. Not some steroid junkies. Must recommended
