Best Gym In town, they have the best of equipments, and the trainers are good too. All the equipments are new and high tech. The infrastructure is really amazing. The services are awesome. The Washrooms are well clean and maintained. Everything about this gym is awesome.
ShredZhouse is one of the best gyms in the area! The management is fantastic, and the gym is well-maintained and welcoming. The trainers are friendly, respectful, and never push for PT sessions, letting you train in peace. Sadly, I have to part ways as I'm moving, but I'll truly miss this place. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym!
So glad I joined this gym to have a great workout every day since day one, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The gym has a great variety of equipment, so I can always find something to challenge me. Love this fitness space to get in shape. I would definitely recommend Shred House Gym to anyone looking for a great place in Mohali.
Worst experience ever ... somebody took 4k from my bag and when I told them this happened they were like mam ab hum kuch nhi kr skte ... first time happened to me and .. literally choriyan hoti hai is gym hai and ye log stand b nhi lete ...
