Great experience for a first timer!! Iam 43 and had undergone a major surgery and very strong medication for almost 8-9 months but all thanks to Mr. Shubham from whom I am undertaking Personal Training, there is a tremendous improvement in my stamina, my knees are happy, my gut is happy and from a time when doing a cross fit trainer for half n hour used to lead me to a physiotherapist clinic to this day after 3 months when I see a seachange in my overall fitness is an extraordinary achievement for me, only because of the able guidance of Mr. Shubham. You can go to a gym and exercise for years together without really getting more than weight loss until and unless you get a trainer who understands your requirements and delivers RESULT. A heartfelt thank you to Shubham Sir for your genuine hardwork and skills. I still have few more months to go with you as my PT and look forward to an abler body Thank you Keshav sir, Divyansh sir Mohit sir ,Amit and all the staff at the gym. The atmosphere at the gym is very good and being a woman I think that's something very important for us to count.

Worst possible management, the staff at the reception is rude as heck. Was a member since the gym started and they showed attitude that I need to renew the membership one day prior to expiry to continue gymming. Join an open garden gym instead. The treadmills don't have power backup on trip and u literally stress all your ligaments on sudden stop n jerk. The acs are mostly off. The lights are mostly dimmed to sleeping frequency.

The service of the gym is amazing which includes the cleanliness and hygiene. Also the staff is very comforting and polite. The trainers are very helpful. In all an amazing experience.

I'm extremely disappointed with our very first day at Pro Ultimate Emaar. I and My sister recently took the membership and we were genuinely excited -- but sadly, it turned out to be a completely disheartening experience. We politely tried to speak to the dance trainer simply asking for some attention or guidance during the session. Instead of responding with professionalism or basic courtesy, he spoke to us in a very rude and dismissive tone saying things like "I'm the choreographer and many more things We were shocked. Is this how beginners or new members are treated? We weren't asking for anything unreasonable -- just a bit of attention and respect. This wasn't just unprofessional, it was completely humiliating. We were so uncomfortable that we were about to leave, and only then were we told to report to the front desk -- which again felt like they were just trying to wash their hands off the situation. If this is how you treat new members especially on their very first day, it really speaks volumes about your internal culture. We joined with trust and excitement -- but sadly, today has left us feeling humiliated and emotionally let down. I hope this feedback is taken seriously , not just for us, but for every person who comes in with high hopes and ends up feeling like they don't belong and we want our refund and i will share it on all my social media platforms

Very bad experience the owner was very rude and not even take care of his own gym the employes are very dissappointed by their owner behaviour. He was not taking care of their employes and the customer.he was very egoish in nature and talk very rudely to everyone not only the employes but the customers also

Excellent gym in our local area.. Very helpful trainers and well educated about exercises and all... Neat and clean

It's been two weeks and It's the Best gym in Mohali one can ask for . Trainers are truely dedicated to help the members achieve their fitness goals. I am having Great experience. The gym is well maintained plus with great ambiance. Great investment for anyone who is interested in loosing or gaining weight. 100% recommended.
