no basic etiquettes of dealing with clients . although the gym has a good client base but they only promote people with fame.
I feel they think this is how you become a brand but. sorry to say

The gym has been renovated recently. It looks and feels premium now. Spacious gym. Would recommend for the quality of equipment.
Deducted two stars because the person who sold me membership gave me 3 extra months back in 2022 but I was told by the gym recently that my membership was only for 13 months. The person has left the job and I feel I was deceived by their salesman. If you buy a membership male sure to get everything in writing and keep that slip safe, because I had lost it and the copy they had in their computer has 13 months in it.

Most disgusting first time experience with golds gym Mohali. How on this earth can someone refuse a free trial if it is clearly mentioned on official website? Isn't it a crime to do so?
I talked to a lady representative of Mohali branch that claimed she was a manager of the branch and she said that free trails for non members does NOT exist at all. Never ever will I associate myself with Golds. Such a shame.
