Not sure what the trainers are being paid for -- most of the time they just stand around and do time pass. There's no proactive support or guidance from them. The gym management doesn't seem interested in assigning a general trainer (GT) or ensuring clients get the support they paid for. Asking for help or trying to follow up on something as basic as a workout schedule or diet plan makes you feel like you're bothering them. Overall, there's a lack of professionalism and client care.
