This is the best Gym in the town. I searched a lot of Gyms in Patiala they were good but their trainers were always busy with Girls and never bothered about others. This is the Gym where you will get the proper guidance from Mr. Shastri who is the owner of Gym. Very down to earth person. He always guide every one never get biased in Girls and Boys.
Still not enough space but one of the best gym Mr. Shastri ji is very polite even if dont hire him as your personal trainer he will always there to help you, the only negative thing about gym is that water cooler Mr. Shastri ji please fix this problem. Overall gym is Good
As the name suggests, the gym is owned by 'Vikram Khanna Shashtri'. 'Shashtri ji' is the one man army of this gym. I have been training with sir for the past 6 years & I would say I have never seen a guy committed so much to his profession. Definitely not a mainstream gym yet it is equipped with modern machines & weights to get you going with your daily workouts. What really makes this gym special is it's aroma and energy!
Best thing is that ... trainer shashtri sir is very nice person ...khud train krde ne ... he guides well ..... gym is very good with all the machines , equipments
