Very good morning fitness and health care of the day

All advance machines, in good working condition, spacious hall, reasonable fee, trainers always ready to guide and positive environment. It deserves all the stars of appreciation.

The gym is ok for normal workout but not for professional. They have plenty space with water and other facility but you don't find much quality instruments for proper workout or heavy weights for proper training. The worst thing is the attitude of owner he don't care a damn about the customer and often disturb you during your workout plans and try to impose or ask you to do meaningless exercises in middle of your workout or if you are doing cardio with out asking you he will stop your treadmill. He doesn't have customer friendly business atticates. You can maintain basic physique there but can't expect much gains there. If you have lots of patience and tolerance then go for it else Lions Den opp Polo Ground is way better

There are two things I am sure of>. 1st. I am never ever buying this gym's membership ever again in my life 2nd ALL THE REVIEWS WITH 5 STARS ARE SPONSORED

Worst experience , no ventilation in gym Unhygienic and dirty Not proper equipments

Good trainer . Good environment. Almost all kind of machines are there . Good coach aman maan . It is even cheap in price too compared to others

Best gym around budha dal school and in the city the training staff is quite good
