Burn Gym, Sector 32A, Ludhiana

I never ever said anything or give negative review in my entire fitness journey.i am forced by the behaviour of this gym to spill the truth about this burn gym sector 32 Ludhiana run by Anil Jaiswal ( owner) , Shubham the manager and Arsh the receptionist . when i visited this gym everything looks great. they welcomed me with nice smile so that a client can join their gym obviously but after joining this gym the very first thing i faced is water filters are not clean . I complained atleast 4 months continuously but the cockroaches were still there near water tap holes . gym kitchen is too stinky .Yes it can lead to food poisoning even i started facing stomach issues. though I am a fitness coach and I can deal with it but it gets worst. anyhow' Secondly AC's are not working properly one day it is good and the next 5 days you gonna regret paying for your yearly membership. Thirdly every other day somebody is fighting or slapping someone and they don't take instant action until that someone files complaint against that person so obvious they are worried about their gym reputation. And the another issue is the person at reception talks shit about girls in the gym , comment on their outfits and gossip about their character by seeing bold clothes so i must say for girls or women this gym isn't safe . If you are working out to escape this toxic world or to release stress this gym isn't for you they put more stress on you by gossiping. Every single girl joined as a receptionist never lasts more than 2 o 3 months just because they are not comfortable with this gossip or judgemental behaviour. if any gym male member teases female member or purpose them either he is committed or married and that female member complains about it, this staff really really put questions on her character instead helping out her or listing her problem.. and lastly we all know not every athlete do not have their own gym they join gym for training but here this staff will put you in depression but questioning your profession and pointing out it on daily basis . As i am a fitness coach and they said you can't talk to anyone here you are not allowed to make friends over here. Come do your workout and go .. if any other person or gym member talk to me they give me warning to terminate my membership . Sir your gym is not stress relieving place it's a cage of you insecurity , your low mentality , and 3rd class gossiping staff . I never knew that i will ever join this kind of gym. Thank you so much for this experience . Atleast i can save my circle in Ludhiana to join you . Seriously Ludhiana disappointed me . I hope people my review will help you .

I purchased a 15-month membership for 22,000 but had to shift to a new city where there's no Burn Gym nearby, so I couldn't even use the membership for a single day. I politely requested a refund via Instagram, but instead of helping, they ignored my messages and eventually blocked me. I also tried emailing them, but received no response. This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and disappointing. If this is how they treat genuine customer concerns, I strongly suggest avoiding this branch and contacting other franchises that actually value their members.

Worst experience ever, AC's are not working, only the reception ac is working fine. Even after telling them the Ac is not working there is no response from them. The tricep rope is broken and rod is also broken. I told this to floor manager but he was laughing. No action has been taken by him. I don't know his name but this is what you call a premium gym. I have not paid 20000 for this type of service. I am giving one star because there is no option of giving a zero star

Bad gym don't even turn A/C in heat, bad customer services.Moreover, turn thier lights off without even checking a person is training there. Despicable services badly handling complaints.
