Pretty good , it's my first gym so I can't compare on the basis of average gym in my area. Fully Air conditioner , trainers are friendly. Really liked it , only lag i found out is the space , you have to be careful in the gym due to confined space

Best place to workout, if u visiting kapurthala for short term than come and have a word with them they will whatever best they could for u. Highly recommended, clean and friendly staff. I've been to kpt for only one month and they gave really good deal

Gold gym is the best gym, trainers is very hard working, top class equipments. cleanness, Extra classes of Yoga, aerobics & bhangra are awesome so it's a excellent place for growing up the physically activities.

Absolutely love this gym! Super clean and love the free weights that are available. Great equipment! Now on to the best part, the training company in the gym! I have been training with Amit for about 2 months and he is phenomenal.

Gold gym is the best gym in kapurthala. Very hard working trainers, top class equipments and great environment. Super clean. Extra classes of Power Yoga, aerobics & bhangra are awesome which I never miss. Here I managed to get great result which I never thought were possible. I want to express my gratitude towards Sunny sir, Tushar sir, Parri sir, Deep sir & Aman sir who are always their to motivates me to push more harder and achieve the unachievable..Thank you all from core of my heart..Highly recommended

Clean gym good staff, but really small for gold gym, selected equipments, limited space at peak time good luck finding machines or weights, music way too loud. Not impressed at all for 2500 Rs not worth it

Best Gym in Town. The professionalism they derive is amicable. I started on the 10th Aug and it's been two months I am working out here. A month back i pushed my limits and went for Personal Training with Mr. Gursimran Singh Gill ( Paree ). The results are epic, the dedication and the focus he derives is really productive. The Facilities available at Gold Gym Kapurthala are above the standards you compare with Cosmopolitan. Staff members, Owners, Trainers all are very supporting and they never create any hype or neither scares you. They always respect your demands. The hygiene they following in this pandemic is really appreciative. I have rated it 5 star as they are matching standards on all parameters Kudos to Gold Gym Kapurthala.

Almost every equipment is available there along with mass gainer, protein shakes and also trainer is available there One can bath here after exercise and in order to avoid boredom , there LCD screens to watch your favourite program
