Absolutely pathetic. This place is a masterclass in how not to run a gym. They shut down another branch and crammed all those members into this one like it's a general coach of the Indian railways during festival season, without even thinking about the actual capacity. Brilliant strategy if you're aiming for chaos. If you're looking to feel good after a workout, forget it. First, you won't even get a proper workout. you'll spend more time waiting for machines than actually using them. And when you're done (if you somehow survive the mess), you'll leave more frustrated than when you walked in. They should change the tagline to: "Where gains go to die and patience is put to the ultimate test." Avoid if you value your time, space, or sanity.

I really like this gym. Nice atmosphare and very nice people! Some of the equipment are old and need maintenance.

I had worst experience there especially the staff members are so rude with their clients i didn't mention the names but they just attract customer first and then provide us with worst materials as well as management just seek money only and have ridiculous policies. Moreover the machines are damaged and not good to use . Best to Get membership instead of here. There are number of best gyms with same money e.g kris gethins,neo premium .

After 12 months of training and 3 months of PT, this is time for me to give this gym a review. So its for the people guys, equipments and place itself is temple and i admire it but the environment and their inability to help you workout, only thing they focus is on PT, which is sad and general trainers barely supports you. Its a 5 star for place and equipments. And 2 stars for the people and team.

Shifted the gym without any notice. These people are just greedy for money. They never answer the phone call. Called many times for my refund but no answer. Be safe and don't waste your time with these greedy people.

This Gym has best Chinese machines, the machines parts has started coming out, within three months of opening of the Gym. Geysers are so small that one has to wait for a long time to get the hot water in winters, overall if you want to spoil your money, just join this great gym. If you still want to join, I suggest you take one demo class and use the machines yourself , try other gyms demo too

Very poor environment Trainers won't listen Club manager Mr Pankaj is very rude and arrogant Equipment's are broken and outdated Overall won't recommend anyone to waste there money and time

It is one of the best gym in jalandhar with educated and well mannered staff.They have special group classes with many other facilities which are the best .They have good membership plans which are absolutely the best
