One of the best gyms in Jalandhar. Very efficiently and professionally run by a fitness enthusiast. It has the maximum variety of high quality gym equipment. Most of its machines are of famous American fitness equipment brand Precor. It's a unisex gym and highest standards of discipline and hygiene are maintained by the administration in the gym. Hence one can exercise in a very congenial and healthy gyming atmosphere. It has steam but sauna is missing. It also holds various dancing classes also as part of the package for its members.

Situated in model town along with Neo and Off The Grid. The promises they make are delivered only 25 percent. Trainers are not very helpful and try to induce for personal training by charging hefty money. Machines are ok. The healthy snack bar situated near it is superb. Enrollments are decreasing. On the whole it is not up to Mark of the expectations.

The facilities in this gym are so good and they have latest machines in the gym . In this gym they provide yoga class in morning ,CrossFit ,Zumba and bhngra classes also
