Alert Gym

I recently visited Alert Gym with my friend for the first time. When we asked about the membership fees, the trainer told us to attend a demo class first and said we could discuss the charges afterward. I asked him multiple times about the fees before the session, but he refused to share any details. After the demo--which wasn't very professional or properly guided--he finally told us the membership fee. It was higher than I expected, but still acceptable. However, what really disappointed us was that the trainer then asked each of us to pay 500 for the demo class. This charge was never mentioned earlier, and we were not informed about any fee before attending the session.If a gym charges for a demo, it should be clearly communicated in advance. Asking for payment afterward, especially when the demo was not up to the mark, is very unprofessional. First-time visitors deserve transparency and honest communication. I hope Alert Gym improves in this aspect.

Great place for workout, well trained trainers help you each and everyone do visit and start doing exercises at alert gym

gym trainer asks for money below the belt saying "we need money" and then refuse to return it later on when asked back delaying by saying "salary has not been credited etc".its really disappointing how poor staff is that it literally begs for money from customers and then not returning it later and at this gym and every other day one or the other machine is broken and nor fixed for a very long time.

The owner is very unprofessional if you complaint about a reasonable problem they call you a pampered kid. Instead of treating a customer with a polite and courteous way they call you in the office and criminalise you and term it as being polite. Never in my experience of 7 years of gym I have been treated this way. If you want to explain the rules put up a sign or tell your trainers and managers to explain to the customers. I still have 9 months left at this gym but I wouldn't step in it even if someone paid me to do it you can keep the money and use to put up the signs and hire better staff and also it will be helpful when the gym shuts down due to poor hygiene.

NOT RECOMMENDED : if you don't trust me, read all the reviews I tried calling the desk via contact number, it was very rude, I asked about the fee, they were extremely very rude. The trainers indeed push so much for personal training, I was doing for 2 months before corona, and continued this year after it. Staff is indeed changed, but the staff is now so much pressured to convince Coustomer for the personalised training whose fee is 15k and 70 % of that fee going in the owners pocket. Lol seriously? At first trainers will guide you well, slowly after that, they make you ask frequently as they will react very gently & help you. Time by time they will start acting weird and ask for personal training During Diwali session, they were charging 4k for 4 months. I loved the gym for the infra and vibes Now its so negative and even the owner is so arrogant and bossy, wont recommend guys This gym is for girls, trainers train girls from PIMS colleges like papa ki pari and all And boys, they don't bother.

Overall, I highly recommend Alert Gym to anyone looking for a top-notch fitness experience. The staff, facilities, and atmosphere are all exceptional, and I've seen great results since joining.
