I recently visited Alert Gym with my friend for the first time. When we asked about the membership fees, the trainer told us to attend a demo class first and said we could discuss the charges afterward. I asked him multiple times about the fees before the session, but he refused to share any details. After the demo--which wasn't very professional or properly guided--he finally told us the membership fee. It was higher than I expected, but still acceptable. However, what really disappointed us was that the trainer then asked each of us to pay 500 for the demo class. This charge was never mentioned earlier, and we were not informed about any fee before attending the session. If a gym charges for a demo, it should be clearly communicated in advance. Asking for payment afterward, especially when the demo was not up to the mark, is very unprofessional. First-time visitors deserve transparency and honest communication. I hope Alert Gym improves in this aspect.
