The instructors are highly knowledgeable, extremely motivated , passionate and professional in every aspect. I have never been in a gym with a better vibe. The workouts are fun and challenging at the same time . The gym is managed by Mr. Anil Raj who is a national and international champion himself . Each student is trained differently according to the health status and stamina which is very unlikely in other gyms . Long story short, YOU WILL NEVER REGRET BEING A MEMBER OF THIS GYM. Love the place and the people who are extremely welcoming .

This gym is a perfect example of a place where champions are born who compete internationally and win . The gym is managed under the auspices of Anil Raj ... a world class champion who has competed nationally and internationally winning positional places in championships . Each student is trained by trainers who follow health and safety practices first so that no one is injured through the use of a malfunctioning piece of equipment and that the students training allows them to exercise and build each body part to withstand body sculpting and fitness at the same time . I admire the trainers and their dedication to education and exercise in the Body Building industry and know that they will take care of each student as a member of their community . In return the students have to focus and dedicate their hard work into achieving what Anil Raj has accomplished over the decades .
