SGF Online Classes by Sneha are absolutely amazing! I joined 6 weeks ago and have already lost 6.2 kgs -- all thanks to their continuous diet monitoring and regular workouts. The best part is that there are 6 batches, so you can attend any session that fits your schedule or even join all of them if you want! The free Zumba sessions are such a fun bonus and help keep the motivation high. Sneha is very supportive and makes sure everyone stays consistent. Totally worth it!

One suggestion I have is to consider installing more air conditioners, especially since it tends to get quite humid in the mornings and very hot during the day. Improving the ventilation would definitely enhance the workout environment. Additionally, I'd appreciate it if the gym's Instagram page focused more on fitness, health tips, and gym-related content. Lately, there have been a few posts and stories that touch on political or controversial topics, which I feel aren't aligned with the purpose of a fitness page. Keeping the content strictly fitness-focused would be more engaging and relevant for the gym community.

I joined their 10 days weight loss plan and seriously it was good! I lost 2kgs in the 10 days. Diet plan was easy to follow. As they said they give 24/7 support, so we can ask our doubts anytime and get them cleared easily. Overall loved the experience.

This is one of the best gyms in Karaikal! The staff are very friendly and supportive. Our Sneha ma'am is especially caring towards all the clients and treats everyone like family and always supports us in our fitness journey . If any complaint is raised, she immediately takes action and resolves it. The atmosphere here is positive and motivating--truly the best place for fitness in Karaikal!

The 10days fitness challenge really made an big change in my weight, from 64.3 to 59.9kgs. I have tried hard to reduce my weight from past one year.but sgf team made it in 10days .
