5 Star gym at a very very low price. I was here for 7 months before moving out of the city and never faced any issues regarding ventilation, machines, hygiene and the people around me. Everyone is helpful here especially our trainer (Mr. Odisha) Rakesh Bag. Most of the machineries are very smooth to use. There are a plenty of machines to use which are more than enough. I highly appreciate the owners of the gym to introduce such machineries to their gym. The list goes like - Chest Machines - Incline/Flat Bench Press, Decline Machine press, Incline Machine press, Machine Fly, Pec deck Fly Machine, seated chest press. Back Machines- Dedicated deadlift platform for powerlifters, T-Bar rowing area, Machine T-Bar rowing, supported Pull-up Machine, Lat Pulldown Machine, Seated Rowing Machine (long pull row), Back hyperextension Machine, Reverse Front Lat Pulldown, seated row machine with chest support, Low Row Plate Load Machine. Bicep/Tricep/forearm machine- Wrist Curl Machine, Alternate arm curl machine, preacher curl machine, Dedicated dumbbell section only for bicep and tricep on the upper floor, a lot of universal curl and straight weight bars with their respective rack(10 to 12 of different weight). Shoulder machines- Standing lateral raises machine, seated Machine press. Leg machines- Squat Rack, Leg press Machine, Hack Squat Machine, Hamstring curl/ quad extension machine, Inner/outer Combo Machine, Hip thrust machine, Belt Squat Machine, Sitting calve raises machine. Others - Smith Machine, large cable machine, small cable machine, punching bag, Adjustable and flat benches, seats, Straight rods(small, medium, large), Zigzag Rods, Spider curl Rod and a few more I don't remember the name. Two dumbell sections with the weights starting from 2.5 kgs upto 40 kgs. Cardio- 2 treadmills, 2 bicycle, 2 cross trainers, 1 running machine, ropes, etc. Well, what else do you actually want more ? I've missed a few items to list that I'll update later on. This was the best gym with a reasonable price I've ever joined. Thanks to the owner, trainer and my new friends over there for making the experience better.

Commercial gym with pullup bar... Impressive I've visited all the gyms of Sambalpur but didn't find a pullup bar anywhere except here. Great
