Greatful to have this academy which gave us opportunity to learn yoga and live a peaceful life too.. genuinely the instructor "Amrita Bal" is so sweet and friendly in nature and so much cooperative. You all must give it a try and give some time for self relaxation. Go for this yogashakti .The procedure and guidance from the instructor will sooth your mind.
