Fabulous yoga centre... I Highly recommend this place for yoga classes.. Both the Coach are really really good,skilled.... Amazing guidance provided by them.... A very friendly and comfortable atmosphere is created by them. Best place to rejuvenate yourself. After around 2 months of joining I indeed feel the difference in my body.. 1. I feel more energetic. 2. My body feels really flexible and relaxed. Body stiffness has reduced. 3. I lost weight also. 4. My sleep cycle has also improved 5.meditation classes here are also really helpful. All in short... One can really join the classes highly recommended.

Would recommend anyone looking for a good yoga centre in and around Cuttack. They offer both online and offline classes. The classes are well structured for the entire week. Anu ma'am is very patient and kind teacher. She is very knowledgeable at her field and fosters a positive atmosphere throughout the class. Highly recommended.

I have been training for close to two months and the results have been nothing less than remarkable. One of the best yoga centers in Cuttack . Anu madam is best teacher . She rectifies each and every posture while practising yoga . Pranayama is also another feature of this institute and Saturday is special for sudarshan kriya . I have reduced around 10 kgs in six months . And I was suffering from knee pain , back pain, frozen shoulder ,.... it's over now . Thank you ma'am . Thanks a lot .

I have joined Anu madam's yoga classes in the month of August. At that time, I was having compression in my back and left knee, spondylitis and several health issues. Despite all these conditions, I was able to start yoga only because of Anu Madam and Sugesh Sir's guidance. Within a week, my knee pain was gone and after these 2months my overall health condition has improved a lot. Now, because of yoga, I feel more energetic than ever along with a relaxed mind and body muscle.
