Whenever I am at Cuttack, always try to go here, since it's closest to home. What I love the most about the gym is the camaraderie and brotherhood you'll get, also for the 2-3 hours you are in the gym, you can focus on your workout completely and immerse yourself. Trainers are good. Crowd is also good, though avoid peak times. They were expanding when I had visited last. Hope the next time I will visit, the Gym grows even bigger with higher and better equipments

Cuttack is a small city with limited number of equipment rich gyms and so Stark is one of them with good equipments but there is local crowd with whom you won't like to mess around. Men's changing room is cramped and specifically at peak hours like 7 - 8 AM, you won't find space to stand as people would be mixing proteins, and other stuff. Pricing is average. You won't be able to spot a trainer amongst the crowd. Good gym with local crowd.

Left the gym.I used to pay for daily workout sessions which is Rs 150.The trainer used to come and get busy watching random videos on his mobile phone. While working out if I got tired and took rest for a while, only then he used to look up from his phone and ask "KITNA REPS HUA?"("How many reps have you done?")So inspite of being dead tired I had to tell him the no of reps I had done.My question is -- What is the purpose of asking the no of reps to the client and then going back to watching videos on his mobile phone.?It is usually the trainer's duty to count the number of reps and not ask the client about the no of reps he /she had done.If the trainer is not interested in training then he should stay at his home but no he w will be present at the gym for the namesake and then charge Rs 150 at the end of the session. Also he did not have a very structured plan.Additionally they keep the lights switched off in the afternoon (BEFORE 5 PM),most probably because the trainer felt sleepy after his meal, making the place dark.Very disappointed.
