It's been a few months since I have enrolled in ShreeRam Yogshala. Yoga has brought about a very positive change in my life. It has brought about a sense of peace to my mind that is indescribable. It has made me more aware about my body & taught me to care for it since it's the only place where my soul resides. ShreeRam Yogshala provides a very calm, peaceful atmosphere & the instructors/trainers are very friendly & exceptionally good at their jobs. I would recommend it to all those who want to bring about a positive change in their lives.

A good place to kick start of your yoga journey from. Very kind, hostile and loving people. One can expect a good learning experience if you communicate with the teachers but not to forget you will take a bunch of (a life time of memories) back home. In terms of food,accomodation and sight seeing dont worry a pinch. You will get a family like an environment.

I am really loving the yoga sessions!! A busy bee like me, I still try really hard to attend all the yoga sessions very sincerly. This makes me feel so calm and compose and leaving my stress, brain fog at bay, with my pcos I am still losing weight. My trainer is blessing to me. She is so sweet and teaches every step so well.
