There are no trainers to guide you, not good for first timers. The Manager is a badmouth person who talks behind your back because of him the previous trainers left the gym. Not worth it.

This is one of the oldest Gym in the city. It has developed from an old Akhada. It belongs to Shri ShibCharan Bose, who used to be wrestling coach in Sports Authority of India. Sufficient parking space is available for 2 wheelers. It is being modernized by the owners now. Overall, I would recommend it for starters. Fees are cheap and equipment are good for beginners.
