I absolutely love this Smile yoga class! The teacher is so kind and motivating, and every session helps me feel more balanced and stress-free. It's the perfect way to start or end the day. I can already feel the improvement in my body and mind.

Good place for learning yoga with proper guidance. The morning sessions are refreshing, and the trainers focus on posture correction. A bit crowded sometimes, but overall a great experience for healing and growth.
