The entire team is very helpful and respectful. Its better to go for a personal trainer when you are joining as a new member or resuming back after a long break, so that they can train you to achieve your goal according to your body type. It's also a good place for introverts who wants to work out at their own pace. Lost 12 kgs within a course of 8 months (I also did cut down my sugar intake) and my overall body strength has also improved.
