I can't recommend this gym enough! It's a fitness haven in IRC Village, offering a comprehensive range of services. The gym provides full-fledged facilities, including extra classes like yoga, zumba, and other mat sessions. The trainers here are not just knowledgeable but incredibly helpful, ensuring you get the best out of your workouts. What sets this place apart is the owner, Pralay Sir. His dedication to the customers and passion for fitness are truly inspiring. I highly recommend meeting him to witness the commitment he has towards the well-being of the members. In my opinion, it's the best gym in the vicinity. Don't take my word for it - visit the gym and experience the top-notch services yourself. You won't be disappointed!

Absolutely terrible gym zero customer service.. staff is terrible immature and rude

Knockout is very spacious and clean. Feels like professional. Trainers are very helpful, they give personnel feedbacks which helps in shape your body and keeps you motivated. Management is good and well maintained gym. Jumba class with SK sir is an awesome experience! SK is a remarkably talented trainer. His energy level is ineffable. HE has excellent teaching techniques. It's a fun filled session every morning. I am extremely happy about the class.

This is best for your fitness... Good quality of machines and all staff are very cooperative... Basically all trainers are very well trained and they are very cooperative... Overall the management is too good

Good amazing at great location. People are extremely friendly. Decently equiped. And they are maintaining proper social distancing in the gym and equipment are sanitised from time to time.

A friendly workout environment having well-behaved trainer. Doing workout here feel very amazing including best zumba and yoga session. This place is such a wonderful platform that usually i couldn't know how I pass my time here doing exercises so easily.

Worst gym ever.. the management staff is I'll cultured with full of toxic and negativity.. There is shortage of staff in every department. Be it trainer, housekeeping staff etc.. The trainer are there for the name sake. Nor they are professional or well trained. And regarding the machines.. it's even in worst condition. Not a single thing is updated.. they are very old and rusted. Not a single thing is maintained properly.. all are outdated. Ac are not working, treadmill are always faulty. All machines are defective.. I strongly suggest you to simply avoid this gym ,save your money and look for a better one.. you can find many better gyms in good or little bit higher price..

I am here since 2 Month. The Trainer are too much cooperative and GYM inner environment is superb. Thanks to all team members of KNOCKOUT GYM STAFF. My personally experience is amazing. Any one can join and enjoy the beautiful service..
