I've been working out at JH Fitness Gym for 3 years, and it's been a great experience! The gym is clean, well-equipped, and the trainers are very professional and supportive. They always guide with proper form and motivation. Highly recommend this gym to anyone serious about fitness.

If you're looking for a gym that disappoints at every turn, this is the place. From the moment I walked in, I regretted signing up. The equipment is outdated and poorly maintained, with several machines either broken or squeaking like they're about to fall apart. Good luck finding a bench during peak hours, as there are nowhere near enough weights or benches for the number of people packed in here. Cleanliness? Forget about it. The locker rooms and showers seem like they're cleaned once a week--at best. I've seen dirt and grime on the floors, and I'm genuinely concerned about catching something from the communal equipment. The smell alone is enough to make you want to turn around and walk out. And don't even get me started on the staff. They're either too busy chatting with each other to care or rude if you actually try to ask for help. The trainers are unapproachable and more interested in selling overpriced personal training packages than helping out members who just want some basic guidance. For what they charge, there are way better gyms in the area with better equipment, cleaner facilities, and friendlier staff. I regret wasting my money here and will definitely be taking my workouts somewhere else. Avoid this place if you value your health or sanity. The staff are really disrespectful......

Gym equipments are good and new. Good trainners are also available.

Most of the ACs are usually not working, and 1st and ground floors of both of these areas became very suffocating, hot and over-humid due to not Using ACs. It is a very unhealthy environment for the leg area, Cardio/yoga area and weight lifting area. Suggestion to think twice before taking admission.

Rude, unhelpful staff and management, Poorly maintained, old equipment. Hidden fees and complicated contracts. Locker rooms are small and unclean. Parking small place you can't park your car over there . Trainer managing the management he's showing himself like your boss if you can adjust the situation you can go to that place
