I really love to workout with certified trainer kishore sir because it has such a wide variety of workout programs. Whether I want strictly cardio, a boot -camp or etc.. style workout particular body area using weight, the option that workout trainer offers are endless.

Here instructions from instructors are valuable. A very lively atmos & budget friendly. Suggestion to GYm is, there's room of improvement in Hygiene dept.
