I must say I really like the way the Trainer trains us daily. 6 days of working out and 1 day relief really helps the body. They also provide us with customized diet chart. Your sincerity and dedication towards what the instructor says and the diet by the nutritionist can turn u into a beautiful Diva. The diet provided is also not too hard to follow.
