It's a place where you can find a decent range of equipments (enough for a fully functional gym). The gym is a small one and that too divided into two, aerobic space and cardio and strength space. Therefore, it is generally crowded and you might have to wait. The trainers are decent and they help you out whenever reached out to. The trainers lack proactiveness at their end which varies from customer to customer based on the kind of friendship you have with them.
