It has been over four months since I started training here. My coach has given me a ton of exercises, and they have taught me correct posture and positioning for every lifting technique, including active movements of the arms, chest, back, and legs. I will definitely encourage everyone to come and get fit because, as they say, "health is wealth."

It's almost been a month and a half since I joined this gym. The location's good, and the aura within is refreshing,energetic and lively. It's well equipped with different kinds of machines, well-maintained and good amount of care is taken to maintain the hygiene. The trainers (Sachin, Aman and Bunty) are quite enthusiastic, well informed, focus and help on adapting the correct form and body posture for any exercise you do, explain you the pros and cons of different exercises, take sufficient time to understand every individual's physique and help them earn their desired results. They also provide you diet charts. A 5 rating will mean perfection and no more scope of upgradation. But Every now and then the owner keeps trying upgrading the gym and making it better day after day which invites positive and fresh vibes.
