Great workout with great people. I started taking MMA and Kettlebell classes six months ago. Phil is a phenomenal teacher who creates a welcoming environment. When teaching, he takes the time to explain both the how and the why. Other students, particularly higher belts are welcoming, encouraging, and generous with their time/sharing of their knowledge. I'm in mid-50s now and my great regret is that I did not start taking classes at American Eagle 10 plus years ago.

My daughter has been participating in American Eagle's martial arts classes for close to a decade. She loves it and continues to thrive in the program. Phil Ross and his staff are excellent instructors who keep the kids engaged at all times with a variety of training techniques.
My son participates in the Kettle Bell classes. He is a high school long distance runner and decided to add Kettle Bells to his training regimen with excellent results. He goes several times a week and always looks forward to it.
