Fairly decent basic blue-collar gym. Rather old but usable equipment that's great for the cheap and no-hassle daily entry. Some of the machines are new-ish TechnoGym (ie 15 yrs old) but definitely could use new padded cushions. Some machines and weights are so old I think Hercules used them. Lol. You get a good workout here though. Best to shower at home if you need it, although they have (communal) showers. Drink machine, plus wallet/key lockers (with locks) are available as well as big lockers if you bring your own lock. Friendly staff, one of which was walking around helping people if they wanted it. Cool Bari locals working out here, mostly young <40 years old. Been coming here for a week and liking it. Don't expect sparkly clean or new but you're not paying EU15 per day either -- in fact, much less. No A/C but there are fans, if they're on that is. Bonus: supplement store a few doors down selling protein powders and almost anything else you'd need for a good pre- and post-workout.
