I would also like to share my experience with this Gym.This gym is the first gym that I have joined in Shillong and in my Life as well.After receiving training from the trainer Mr.Rakesh Sir, I have gained a lot of confidence in myself.He trains like a Friend and advises like a Doctor and a Physiotherapist.And if one can follow the workout rules and the diet plans of the trainer Sir, I'm 100% sure you will notice change in oneself within months. If one is getting all the facilities and all the requirements of a body builder and a friendly trainer like Rakesh Sir then why would one look for other gym.Thank you Power House Gym Management and my sincerest thanks to the Gym Trainer Rakesh Sir for being so supportive and kind.Long Live Power House Gym The uploaded photos of mine are an example of 5 to 6 months training in Power House Gym and I am still actively training there.

It's gonna be a months i join this gym . So far my experience was really nice no doubt about it... the environment under the gym gives me a kind of positive energy which help me to keep motivating myself and push me up to do more sets for more gain and strength as we know that no pain no gain ..... tbh this is the one of the finest gym and has the best trainer I have ever seen , our respectful and kind humble gym trainer Rakesh sir who taught me to do every exercise and a workout sets with a perfect form and guide me with perfect diet plan and support me to never give up just push it up towards my goals and achieve it what I craving for ... thats the best thing I like about the environment of this gym ,even thought the fellow members of the gym are kind to everyone and help and support each other towards their goals..... Well I would like to thanks for our gym trainer and fellow members who support me in my beautiful journey of my body transformation.... And so on from my experience I would like to recommend everyone to join power gym house.

If you are looking for a gym this is IT!! It's precisely been five months since I have joined this gym and I have losed over 16 kilos because of my hard work but mainly because of how supportive, motivating and patient sir (trainer) has been with me. Iam a lot more confident and happy with myself and this gym is the best one I would recommend for anyone. It's not all that fancy but it has all the needed equipments with the right kind of environment one needs.
