MuscleXcess and Fitness Gym

# A perfect Gym for 'EVERYONE' to get training with professionals # Hi, All Here, I would like to share my personal experience about this gym. I came to visit shillong just for 1 month of duration. for the same I have searched many gyms around of my accommodation (Hotel Polo Tower). I found MuscleXcess was "the best one". There are many trainers who are highly professional. Moreover, this gym strictly follows different exercise-charts as per the level of the trainees, to make sure achievement of every individuals goal-set. Main trainer, "Mr.Deep Jyoti Phukan Sir" is a very nice person and having well knowledge of training and muscle gain programmings. I also received support from the owner of the gym, "Ms.Papori Sharma Ma'am" who agreed for my enrolment for accessing the gym just for one month (as per my request) and allow me gain my knowledge about different types of exercises which really required for me. Thank you all.

This is the only weightlifting gym that I've been a part of for most of my fitness life yet. Located in the heart of Shillong, the location makes it easier for people to choose it. In terms of space, it's a little on the less side. But other than that, everything is great. Prices are reasonable. Pretty well equipped and most of has a homely feeling that you rarely get in bigger gyms, everyone is super friendly and eager to share their knowledge. I owe a lot of my health to this gym right here!

One of the best gym's... though it has less equipments and the area is not so big ... but it has a very friendly atmosphere

The most advanced and updated gym in shillong which includes ZUMBA,TRX,KETTLEBELL L1,CALISTHENICS,WEIGHT TRAINING,PERSONAL TRAINING,WEIGHT LOSS/GAIN PROGRAMME,BODY CONDITIONING FOR ALL KIND OF SPORTS. Only gym in shillong which includes KETTLEBELL. I have got the result its superb and very comfortable out here to work out.I would suggest if anbody really wants to improve their physic than do join muscleXcess and fitness gym.

Post Corona the precautionary measures taken by MuscleXcess and Fitness Gym is commendable. I'm happy to be a part of this fitness fraternity. I wish MuscleXcess the best of everything.

A brilliant gym and the best in town not only because of all the right equipment and trainers, but because of the friendly environment and a comfortable atmosphere for all.

Very nice place. A friendly atmosphere worth to go there and workout. I would suggest it to everyone. The trainers are very polite.

MuscleXcess is not jst a gym for me that is another home for me every person is like ur own family members n i personally i love too doo workout there ..
