I usually enjoy coming to this gym, but unfortunately my experience with one of the trainers has been very disappointing. He often comes across as rude and disrespectful, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable instead of motivating. A trainer should encourage and support people in their fitness journey, but his attitude does the opposite. I believe the gym would be a much more positive place without this kind of behavior, and I hope management takes this seriously. Members deserve respect, and a trainer who cannot provide that should not be representing the gym.

I've been to quite a few gyms over the years, but this place is on another level. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me hit my fitness goals. The equipment is top-of-the-line and always clean and well-maintained. Whether you're into heavy lifting, cardio, or functional training, they've got it all.

Experienced trainers, especially lalrem and donbok are very good and friendly makes it easier while working out! The gym has excellent equipment and space , fees are reasonable and if you wish for a personal trainer they give that too. Over all i recommended this gym to all, better then synergy and galaxy combined

The gym is packed with top-notch equipment and everything you could possibly need, whether you're a beginner or a pro. Highly recommended! I can't leave this review without thanking Nitul Sir, he is truly the best! His dedication, expertise, and motivation are unmatched.

One of the Best gym in Shillong, brand new and high quality equipments, very specious area,clean toilets are very clean and water supply all time. Taking shower facility available, adequate parking spaces. Gym owner himself is pro bodybuilder but very humble and polite to everyone. I enjoy workout everyday here. I can see the improvement on my body as well.
