HAPPY RED ROOSTER (HRR) MMA Truly a great dojo, the best place to learn MMA, great coaches and friendly people as well but it's not only a dojo but a place that feels like a home a place filled with support,motivation and helps us to get better and to never give up, so if u want to learn MMA then HRR is the best place for it.

I was training in a different city and had to relocate training to Shillong. Happy Red Rooster was recommended by my former head coach, who himself is a big name in Indian MMA. Almost a year with Happy Red Rooster now and it's been a totally satisfying experience. Convenient location, great team and coaches, excellent atmosphere, and everyday is a learning experience. Another good thing to add, is it caters not only to aspiring fighters, but to kids, and adults as well, who are looking to just understand the sport and for general fitness and self defence. All are welcome. On a side note, they play the best music.
