A bit pricey for it's size and equipment for a walk in compared to most gyms with bigger area and equipment.

Nice gym with a wide range of gym equipment, great staff and friendly trainees.

The gym is pleasant, with good and user-friendly equipment. Despite its medium size, you can always choose a less crowded time to work out. When it comes to personal trainers, Abhishek stands out as one of the best in the gym.

Nice gym. Most of the machines are available. A bit of space constraints at peak hours in the late evening. No air conditioning. Nice view from the balcony. It's on the third floor, so one has to climb up a lot of stairs as there is no lift facility available. Gold's gym of shillong is way better.

I had joined the gym in November 2017. Little did i knew that it will worst decision of my life. The environment there is not at all friendly. The management just wants mind's about their money an worst part about the gym is the coach. A self centered, narcissistic nd a prude all way. He insulted me in such a manner which i will not forget for a long period of time. I will suggest everyone to please not join this gym if ur self respect comes before your health and body. Highly not recommended this place
