She is kind, gentle, understanding, patient, friendly, inclusive and approachable. The cost is reasonably affordable. Student friendly. Highly recommend it. The best Yoga class i have ever attended in Shillong. Ms Eugenia Hek is extremely positive, hence she conducts her sessions in such a way that your heart, mind and soul feels so relaxed. I have attended many Yoga sessions across the world, however this was the best one i have ever attended.
