KFD ( Kasshish Fitness and Dance studio)

It was a great session.My kids njoyed a lot during Yoga and Dance sessions.Energy of Kashish Ma'am and others at KFD was great.Looking for more such sessions in future.I would recommend KFD to all those who wants their child's over all development.

It's one of my favourite space for fitness and other motivating activities...and the mentor is my superwoman who always give wings to ladies to fly... She keep motivating her student to participate in each activity... For her age is just a number... I can say kashish mam is one of the positive person with positive aura ... Love u mam ...

I have joined class from last 2 months . And I am loving my transformation,with more flexibility . I am loving face yoga session and they are healing me for better growth. It effected my health in a better way. I feel fresh by doing new yoga asanas and Pranayam . It is sure to continue the class in future. Thanks to KFD , I really appreciate your skills .

KFD is the fantastic and excellent studio for any health n physical related issue and also for enjoyment, I got learn proper dance, yoga and zumba. After joining this class, I feel very good, healthy, strong n body free. So I am satisfied with this class n professional trainer kashish mam.

KFD is excellent, they really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. It's a hard workout with happy people. Every day is new training so it is never boring , stretching session is my favourite one along with zumba

Hello madam, first of all I would like to thank you because you are coaching me and ever since I have joined yoga, I am feeling very relaxed. My first day's session was meditation. After that session, I felt that my stress ended there itself. And because there is no stress in the mind, I feel that we all can achieve our destination easily.
