My mom and I have taken yoga classes from Sir for several months now. Even though we train together with Sir, he makes sure to personalize our sessions individually based on our physical strength and health issues. He is able to read the energy in the room and tailor the sessions accordingly. On days he feels we are energized, he pushes us to beat our own record. On days where I am stressed, he focuses more on pranayama and shavasan. Perfect blend of both physical activity and de-stressing.
