Becouse of physical an mental stress i want some easy way to exercise an payble classes... Im suffering from pcod a yeas ago..to mh friend suggestion im join shree yoga classes.. When im stared it i realise my body had not done to any simple yoga pose like forword binding, leg stretching, padmasana an many otherafter some month exact 5 month later my body is readh to stretch an bind.. Very very glad to join.. Thank you so much mam.. An also the familier atmosphere an festive vibes is special attraction for ledies
