If you are looking for a gym with minimum fee then this is the best budget gym in the area. The dumbbells range from 2.5 kgs to 40 kgs so you will never get bored. The gym has a lot of space and equipment. 2 cable cross, 1 Smith machine, 4-5 benches, 2 shoulder press benches, 1 squat rack, 1 leg press, 1 convertible leg extension and hamstring curl, 1 pull up bar with dips bars attached, 2 pull up bars in cable cross and one has multi grip, 1 seated pull over, 1 lat pull down, etc.... The only things which are missing are: Medicine ball Swiss ball Kettlebell Battle ropes Treadmill Over all this is a decent gym. Tbh, any gym is a decent gym as long as you are willing to make use of the provided equipments at it's best and come up with innovative way to compensate
