As a beginner, Ma'am truly cares about their students, very friendly and very well trained. Vriddhi yoga class is just perfect highly recommended.

I stepped into "Vriddhi Yoga Class" a few days back and have loved every minute of my time there.I must say it's been an enriching experience.She is a great teacher with unlimited knowledge and always a encouraging word. You can come here without a doubt if you are looking for Yoga classes and a hassel free environment.

I joined yoga classes here from Jan 2024. 10/10 would recommend it. Pooja madam gave a great experience of the class and the different aspects of yoga and yogasanas everyday . Very jovial and a healthy atmosphere, I would like to recommended Vriddhi Yoga Classes if you are interested in Yoga

I thoroughly enjoyed the class led by instructor pooja mam. The class covered a diverse range of poses and exercises. After attending the class regularly for a few weeks, i noticed improvement in both my flexibility and overall mental well-being. The combination of physical challenge and mindfulness exercises left me feeling renew and centered.

"Pooja ma'am is an excellent yoga teacher. Her classes are energising and fun.I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered.She lets you know how far to go in a pose if you have injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful. She also pays individual attention to people in the class. Feeling like I'm developing and engaging with the session, so thanks for creating such a fab environment! "Highly recommended!"
